"We hired Elisa to cater my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration for a party size of 100 guests. She came to the table with creative ideas and was very open, collaborative and respectful of my mother's wishes for the menu.  We did a buffet line of roast beef and sides and unlike most buffets, her care and oversight kept the food hot from the first guest to the last, and everyone's belly was full.  Elisa's warm, open nature and attention to quality and detail created a menu that people are still talking about having enjoyed long past the event.  We highly recommend Elysium by Elise for your special occasion! "Elise catered a 60th birthday party for my wife, family and friends.  It  was absolute perfection.  We talked through the menu weeks beforehand  and only made a few changes.  We had several guests who had dietary  needs and she was very accommodating by making select dishes.  She  arrived early and got everything set up so there were no surprises.   It  was great chatting with her throughout the evening and enjoyed her  positive and upbeat personality.   The appetizer, salad (the dressing  was out of this world), Beef Wellington (amazing), potatoes, poached  pear with butterscotch sauce and coconut cake (a special request) were  all spectacular.  I have never heard so many people rave about a meal in  my entire life - it was that good.  I cannot recommend her highly  enough!
